I'm Felicia - an award-winning MBA, CPA, CMA with over 20 years experience in financial leadership. But ThreeStone wasn't born out of spreadsheets. It was born from a moment of clarity.

After relocating my entire family, (husband, 2 toddlers and a dog) for a corporate CFO role that looked perfect on paper, I quickly realized the culture and leadership were misaligned with my values. The cost just wasn't professional - it was personal. It became clear: vision without values is never worth it.
